Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

ITL is not responsible for delayed, lost, or misdelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Orders returned to us due to address errors may require an additional shipping fee to be resent.

Once an order is handed over to the carrier, ITL is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

For delayed packages, please allow extra time before reaching out, as carrier delays are beyond our control.

At this time, ITL offers international shipping to select countries.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
